Actually, I don't think the Asian factor is to lead the group necessarily. I am an Aries and I am a born leader but not Asian. I tend to start the projects and then guide the people who eventually finish them because I am to much of a procrastinator once I have started something ... I find it hard to finish so I tell my group, I'll start it, guide you half way and then continue it. I'll even do the presentation in front of people as I love public speaking.
