- Do not steal the graphics and claim them as yours.
- Do not alter the and claim them as your designs.
- Buttons can be edited ONLY for the reasons to put your site's name or your name on it.
- Do not use for commercial reasons such as using them on t-shirts for sale or anything like that

- Do not even steal and claim the bases and PNGs as yours even though they are not graphic designed by me. I took time cutting the bases out of a magazine, anime or manga and I also painstakingly cut out those PNGs so that you can use them.
- Do not even for a second think on using the brushes for commercial use.
- Feel free to use them on your designs.
- Do not remove the credits.
- Do not redistribute or upload the layout to your site. Permission won't even be reconsider so don't waste your time. I want the layout to be available and downloaded ONLY from my site.
- Do not use the HTML code or the CSS code as a base in coding your own layout.
- Upload the images to your own server. Direct-linking is strictly prohibited.
- The designs can only be alter to make your own avatar/button/signature so that it'll match the layout but that is as far as the altering should go.
